Following last year’s highly successful event, we dug deep into the data to learn as much as we could about what visitors loved the most, to further bolster the experience for everyone involved.

If you didn’t have a chance to explore the UC Summit this year – don’t worry; you can still get involved for 2022. Every year, we’re thrilled to welcome more business leaders and tech professionals to our virtual event experience.
We launched UC Summit in January 2020 – back when virtual events were still a new concept. Three months later, the world changed forever with the impact of a global pandemic. As in-person events shut down, the virtual world emerged as the ultimate way to stay connected, and informed.
Today, we aim to continue staying one step ahead of the needs of our audience, with an innovative event experience. UC Summit gives our community an exciting new way to consume content in a globally accessible platform that adapts to suit them.

For our 2022 event, UC Summit will begin on the 24th of January (2022). The event will last for five days this year, making it slightly shorter than the previous exhibitions. We think this is the perfect timescale to give our audience the right amount of content without the risk of virtual overwhelm.
As usual, our keynotes, sessions, and other amazing online experiences will also be available on-demand for people who want to catch up in their own time. If you miss out on a live event – don’t panic, just log into the UC Summit to watch it whenever you’re ready.
For those who do make it to our live events, you can expect an intimate, conversational experience that allows you to discuss opportunities, ideas, and innovations with some of the biggest market leaders in the world. Just like our previous UC Summits, the 2022 event will be packed full of sessions with expert speakers every day, as well as segments from leading brands.
You’ll have the freedom to design your own event experience to suit your needs, with tons of panel information and guidance to direct you to the information you need most. Plus, since the whole event is online, you can structure your attendance to match your schedule.
We’re holding onto the things our attendees loved most about previous UC Summits, like unique fireside chats and inspirational keynote sessions. However, for 2022, we’re also shifting our focus a little too. The CX part of our event will now evolve into an entire Summit of its own, delivered by CX Today later in 2022.

As usual, the UC Summit event is designed specifically for end-users in the Unified Communication landscape. We’ll be covering all of the hot topics that users need to consider today, from hybrid work to team collaboration and digital workspaces.
The UC Summit will be completely free to attend, and we’ve even created a new one-click log-in feature, so if you’re in a hurry to jump in, you don’t need to worry about entering details. Attendees will be able to set reminders with calendar integrations, “favourite” the parts of the event they want to come back to later and get involved in gamification experiences.
We also have a new chat feature that allows users in any timed session to discuss topics with each other as the event is ongoing. Combined with an enhanced virtual booth experience, and more conversational experiences, our updated event experience aims to tackle the virtual experience fatigue people are dealing with today.
